Dell AIO920 - Does not print from black cart.?
3 yo unit; new black ink installed; Color ink/ print is fine. Use remanufactered ink cart. for over 12 mo. w/o problem.

Sys does recognize the new cart. Have not tried to print in black only. I will do that this evening.
I have used this supplier for 1.5 yrs without a problem.
Wondering if there is a repair tech in N Houston that can look at it.
What happens when you chose to print from the black ink?
Does the printer detect it?
Understand that remanufactured inks should work, but there may be something wrong with the ink cartridge itself.
